Detectamet's metal & X-ray detectable flour scoops are available in 3 sizes and have capacities of 250 ml, 500 ml & 1000 ml (graduation markings one the inside of the scoop).

Manufactured from food-safe detectable polymer, they are lightweight and provide easy manoeuvrability for heaped or non-heaped ingredients. These detectable flour scoops are available in 9 colour options, providing opportunities for colour coding by allergen type, ingredients, factory zone, etc.
