At Industrial Trading Solutions Ltd. (ITS), we are committed to supplying high-quality hygienic flow equipment. If you need to return an item, please review the information below.

Returning an Item

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• Unused and uninstalled
• In their original packaging
• In a resalable condition

Please note that custom-manufactured or specially ordered products cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact our Customer Support team by emailing sales@itslite.co.uk or calling 01675 465191.
2. Provide your order number, product details and the reason for your return.
3. Complete the ITS Returns Form that we will send to you.
4. Once your return has been authorised, send the item to our Returns Department.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring goods arrive safely. Returns submitted without an authorised returns form may be refused.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
• A restocking charge may apply to non-faulty returns. If applicable, this will be confirmed before your return is approved.
• Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

• Custom-made or specially ordered products
• Used, installed or modified items
• Products returned without their original packaging or with missing components
