Product Type - Short Anti Vacuum House Safety Valve
The Alfa Laval SCANDI BREW® Anti Vacuum House is a Safety Valve. This Anti Vacuum House can be fitted with a variety of end connections such as weld and female. It is also compatible with a standard 316L stainless steel DIN-11851 tube connection suited to SMS or DIN Nut & liner EPDM seal connections, which allows a combination of safety valves or pressure regulators positioned on top of the tank. The SCANDI BREW® Anti Vacuum House ensures discharge if pressure in the tank exceeds the pre-set opening value. When operating at a pressure of 50 mmH20/ 5 mbar, the anti-vacuum house protects the tanks from vacuum conditions that may cause tank implosion, damage or deformation due to overpressure.
